The hotel is conveniently located near major attractions and transportation. The rooms, though not very spacious, are clean and come with extra toiletries available at the lobby concierge. The staff is friendly and helpful. However, the dining options are a bit lacking in quality. The location is excellent, providing easy access to shopping areas and beautiful cherry blossoms nearby.

The rooms were not very big but clean and tidy, suitable for two 28-inch suitcases. Extra toiletries can be obtained from the lobby concierge.

The service, led by Mr Otake, was very nice and the staff were always helpful and pleasant.

The hotel's perfect location along the river offers easy access to subway entrances and shopping areas. It's walking distance to Canal City and Tenjin, with the added bonus of being near a park with plenty of cherry blossom trees.
